Most importantly, today we tackled, the all important question "Why work with a Realtor?" With 88% of buyers in 2020 opting to work with a licensed sales and/or broker agent, it seems most folks get it. Licensed Realtors are held to a high code of ethical and professional conduct by local government organizations. Simply put, we are officers and are expected to abide by all rules, regulations in a non-discriminatory and professional manner. Period.
