Since 2001, I have been providing professional consulting services to clients ranging from upscale restaurant establishments to local HVAC businesses.  Stemming from the "dot com bubble burst," and quickly realizing there was a market for agile, forward-thinking support in the ad tech industry and transferring those learning to the local business partners I have worked with along the way. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, my focus is always on efficiency, education and results-driven plans built on a trusting relationship. Most importantly, never to compromise the relationship no matter how large or small the opportunity. We all want to be appreciated, respected and treated fairly an approach that resonates with me 24/7!

Several years ago I bought my first property and while I am so grateful, I have to admit I was very green and so-called experts guiding me fell short on adequately preparing and guiding me for what was ahead. In hindsight, there were so many things I would have done differently in buying that first property. Unfortunately, the care and investment was not there and so I wanted to do something to change that. Taking the 20+ years of experience in relationship building, client services and customer education, I decided to share any and all the information I could find to help future buyers, investors and property owners to navigate the sometimes opague industry of Real Estate. Whether you are a single person, combined family, investor, regardless of background and financial position, all my clients are treated with respect and attentiveness...EVERY.
